Who can attend the Northwest Yoga Conference?
The conference is an opportunity to bring together yoga practitioners of all levels as a community, to make new friends, and to try new things related to yoga.  Our community events are free and open to the public.  If you would like personalized help in selecting workshops and activities, please contact us.  We are very happy to help!

Where is the Northwest Yoga Conference held?
The conference is hosted in downtown Seattle, WA at the Washington State Conference Center.  The street address is 705 Pike St, Seattle, WA, 98101.

Is there parking available on-site?
There is a paid parking garage on-site at the Washington State Conference Center. There is also a parking garage directly across the street from the event at the neighboring Hyatt hotel.  The most affordable lot in the nearby vicinity is the Pacific Place shopping center.   To make parking easy and stress free as possible for attendees, we have teamed up with SpotHero, a parking reservation service that connects drivers to discounted, convenient parking. We do encourage attendees to use public transportation to travel to/from the conference.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
We have secured discounted group rates at two hotels near the convention center, Motif and Crowne Plaza.  Please visit our lodging page for more details. THE Discounted rates must be booked by January 22nd.

Can I register for a single workshop?
Single workshop registration will be available at the conference for workshops that are not sold out.

Can I change my workshops after I register?  
Yes!  Simply log into your Sched account to make changes to your schedule before the event. To make changes to your schedule at the event, please visit the registration table.

I am a yoga teacher.  Are there any special discounts for teachers?
Yes, we offer special discounts to yoga teachers if you teach at a Partner Studio.  Please check the Community Partner page to see if your studio is a partner.

I am a yoga studio owner.  How can I get involved and support the conference?
The Northwest Yoga Conference is proud to offer Community Partnerships to yoga studios.  Please visit our Community Partner page for additional details and application.

I am interested in being a vendor at the conference. 
The marketplace is full for 2018.  If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please submit a vendor application here.

Are volunteer positions available?
We do offer a small handful of volunteer positions during the conference weekend.  All positions have been filled for the 2018 event and we are no longer accepting applications.

Is food and beverage available during the conference?
Yes.  On the main level (where registration and the marketplace are located), the Wild Rye Cafe offers affordable and diverse selection of coffee, tea, sandwiches, etc.  There is also a wide range of options, from grab and go to sit down restaurant, in the area surrounding the conference center.

How do I qualify for Continuing Education credits with Yoga Alliance?  There are more than 100+ hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits available at the conference.  Workshops that qualify for Continuing Education credits state are identified in the workshop description.  Yoga Alliance does not require a certificate to prove attendance.  They simply require that you keep a record of your workshop attendance.  If they need to verify this information, the Northwest Yoga Conference will be contacted and we can verify your attendance.

I am interested in presenting at the conference.  How do I apply to present? 
The Northwest Yoga Conference does accept applications to present at the conference.  We are no longer accepting applications from 2018.  Please check our website in spring 2018 for applications to present in 2019.
